I am a true believer in love. These two reminded me that love does conquer all....even the fog and rain!

Anna and Jed are soon to be married. Only a few more weeks until they tie the knot here in San Francisco. Hilary and I enjoyed our time with them and we really can't wait to photograph their wedding next month!

Today was one of those days you think, "I can't believe how beautiful it is outside!". Feels a bit strange, but loving the weather and the photo op that was possible. (Thank you weather gods:)

Today I had the fortune of photographing a truly wonderful family. Eliana was so much fun! She is the definition of joie de vivre! You can't help but smile when you are around her.

The light was perfect. The location was perfect and (most importantly) the little girl was in great form!
Ali and her family were so much fun to photograph! Everyone one was up to the challenge to take a family portrait that really captured candid moments. Ali made it so easy! I think the gummy worms may have played a big part! :)

I have decided to quest into new territory with my photography business. Welcome to the Emma Hopkins Photography Blog! I'm so excited to share my passion of photography with everyone. I am learning the ropes with the blog world so please forgive me if I blurp on a few things. :)

Love is in the air! What a way to start a blog, but with a wedding. Weddings are awesome! Truly, a rite of passage for the relationship that is so wonderful! My first photography blog will be the wedding of Michelle and Alexis. They were married on May 2 at the Meritage in Napa. What an awesome couple! The above photo was shot (before the rain came) shortly after the ceremony. I have so many wonderful photos of the two and I am looking forward to posting them soon. Stay tuned......
